Kindly provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your daytime and nighttime contact number, preferably a cellphone number
- You Order
- Proposed date and time of delivery and pick-up.
Ordering Period. Please allow a minimum of three (3) days for regular orders. A minimum of seven days (7) for bulk orders and/or special packaging. For seasonal products please allow 1-2 weeks noticed for your order. For order cancellations, please inform us 24 hours before the agreed delivery date.
Delivery and Pick-Up. Free delivery within the Ortigas Center or meet-up at SM Megamall, Shangri-La Mall, Robinson’s Galleria, The Podium or St. Francis Square. A small delivery fee may be charged for other areas.
Terms of Payment. Cash on Delivery. A down payment may be required for bulk orders.
