Ahahaha. Sorry about that. I should’ve warned you before since most of my clients also commented about it how my cakes are heavy and really great for sharing. I’m glad you liked it.

As for the rhum cake, I can try it on he new years and I’ll let you know. So far, I’m still polishing a new fruit-based cake

oh, and cupcakes stay moist for a good while. Delicious!

Usually our pastries last for about 5 days to 1 week as long as it is inside the refrigerator.
